Aeromobil: Flying Car

 photo a1_zpsc0d3e460.jpg

You wish you have one don’t you? Over 70 years ago, Henry Ford said “Mark my word: A combination airplane and motorcar is coming. You may smile but it will come.” Maybe many people were laughing back then, but it is much different today. Actually a Slovakian company made Aeromobil 2.5 which they worked on for 20 years. This is their third version. It weights 450kg and can go up to 160km/hour on ground and 200km/hour in the air.

The technology is developing on every single field and Henry Ford was smart enough to predict that this will happen. Today pretty much everyone believes that in short future we will see a great aeromobil which many people will have and use. This Slovakian aeromobil fits to a standard parking places, its engine enables it to tank at any gas station and it is accustomed to road traffic and as a plane could both take off and land at any airport in the world. This current version Aeromobil 2.5 is a prototype of and it has big ambition to become a real “flying car”. The only part that is not that good about it is that it has capacity of only 2 persons. After 20 years of hard work the team came up with this model. We can expect flying cars to become something normal in our lives in very close future.

Traveling alone

 photo tra_zpsfa03793c.jpg

It might sound stupid and of course lonely but it can be fun actually. Many people are traveling alone and they of you who did it for the first time have great first impressions.
Why travel alone?

There are many benefits from traveling alone such as:

1. Solo travel can be the ultimate in self-indulgence; you can rest when you want and pour it on when you’re feeling ambitious.

2. You choose EVERYTHING! If you travel with someone, sometimes you argue about certain stuff. Well, there is nobody to argue now. So, you decide everything!

3. Probably you will save money. If you were traveling with your girlfriend, now you will definitely save less money.

4. Meet new friends. Wherever you go, you will easier meet new friends if you are alone than if you’re with couple of friends.

5. You will be more flexible. Some people find it easier to cope with unexpected setbacks and complications.

But also there are some downsides such as:

1. Your mistakes are only yours. There is nobody else you can blame. Everything bad that happens is only because of you.

2. Less safety. You are not that safe alone as you are with friends. So you must be very, very careful since there is nobody to watch your back.

3. You may experience moments of loneliness. This is especially for those who do it for the first time.

Traveling by bike and useful tips

 photo Leather-Bike-Bags_zpsebea772d.jpg

There are many reasons to consider traveling by bike. It’s good for the body and mind, bikes are better for the environment and you get to see the world at your own pace. In addition, you’ll save money that would otherwise have been spent on gasoline.
For beginners here are some useful tips:
1. Safety First. The most important aspect of traveling on your bike is to make sure you’re as safe as possible at all times. Check your helmet before you leave and check that it fits snugly but comfortably and doesn’t obstruct your view. Give your bike a once-over to see that all bolts are tightened, your brakes are working correctly and your bike changes gears smoothly. If you’re going to be riding at night, install a light on your helmet and/or bike to let drivers and other cyclists know where you are.

2. Don’t choose long destination. You are just not ready for it yet.

3. Wear Proper Clothing for Your Trip. It may sound like common sense but you’ll want to consult the weather forecast before you head out. If you forget to wear a jacket when traveling by car, you may hardly notice the unpleasantness during stops to look around. But when you’re exposed to the elements for hours at a time, you’ll wish you’d been more observant of Mother Nature’s plans.

4. Know How to Make Minor Repairs and Adjustments. The sound of air escaping a tire is one of the worst sounds a cyclist will hear. Flat tires are also quite common, so you should know how to change one. This basic knowledge will save you time and money.

5. Carry Your ID, Cell Phone and Money. You don’t want to have an accident and you don’t want to get stranded, but both unfortunate events can happen. If they do, you’ll want to be able to call for help, so bring your cell phone.

Why to visit China?

 photo the_wall_of_china1_zpsf6e82f06.jpg

China is very old country with very rich history. The first reason to visit this country is the famous Chinese food. The Chinese cuisine is a lot more than what you see in some restaurants. The second reason are the mountains. China’s nature is very diverse, you can find rivers, deserters and seashores as-well, but mountains were always one of the most important part of this country’s history, art and philosophy. These mountains inspired many people including the designers of the “Avatar” movie to create the levitating mountains. The Reed Flute Cave became a tourist attraction over a thousand years ago, and now it has become very famous for its stalactites, stalagmites and scenic halls illuminated with multicolored lights.

Beijing is the heart of Chine when it comes to history. The capital city contains many site where you can learn a lot more about this country’s history. Shanghai is a city where the easy meets west and the history faces the modern age. It is a very romantic city and you will be amazed by the landscapes you can see here during the night. You will be greeted by many people if you are not “one of them” and a lot of them will take picture with you so you will feel kind of popular as-well.

The great wall which is 8850km is considered one of the world’s wonders and China’s number one tourist destination. There is a saying “You are not a real man until you have climbed the Great Wall.”

Trains are better than planes

 photo url_zps57f53554.jpg

The thought of flying is great. It sure is the fastest way to travel. But in my opinion, trains are much better. I’ve travelled a lot by train and I came up with an explanation. Here are some reasons that might convince you that traveling by train is better than traveling by plane:

  1. It is cheaper. The train ticket is much cheaper than the plane ticket. For most of the people the difference is not that big and that’s why it doesn’t make difference. But what if travel 10 times. Multiply the money you save by 10. Now it’s much better isn’t it?
  2. Baggage. There is no baggage limit. You can have as much as you can carry and you don’t pay extra money for it! So you save money AGAIN!
  3. View. It is true that the plane view is great and fascinating but in fact, what you see is clouds! When you travel by train, you can see a lot of things and you can see great nature landscapes.
  4. Comfort and Relaxation. Rather than cramming yourself into an ever-shrinking airplane seat , why not relax on a train? It’s one of the least stressful forms of transportation out there: You’ll have more legroom than you would on an airplane and you’ll be able to move around at will — not just when the captain turns the seatbelt sign off.
